Attention Larry and Everett: I had what I consider one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with Premier Car Care at 1171 Niagara Falls Blvd. I called simply to ask for a price on a brake job because I was looking for a new mechanic. The woman who answered the phone, who I later learned was Roxanne, refused to provide even a general price range. She told me they don’t give prices over the phone and that I would have to make an appointment. When I politely asked for her name, she hung up on me. I called back and left a message explaining what had happened and asking to speak with Larry or Everett. Instead, Roxanne called me back. Rather than listening to my concerns, I felt she talked over me, raised her voice, and insisted she had not been rude. I repeatedly asked her to stop yelling at me. During this call, another business owner named John was listening on the line and heard the entire conversation. I called a third time and finally spoke with Everett. He told me Roxanne was his wife. Instead of listening to my concerns as a customer, I felt he immediately defended her and showed no interest in resolving the situation or apologizing for the way I had been treat

Everett is honest and extremely nice, he never overcharges or does unnecessary things to my car. I never walk out spending a ton of money unnecessarily. I recommend Premier Car Care to everyone!

Highly recommend! They've been very honest and reasonable with pricing, and my car has always been ready same day. For example, one time I had a broken hood latch which they were able to fix with glue, free of charge, it's now held for 3 years. More recently, after having my condenser and compressor replaced (was expensive, but reasonably priced for labor and using aftermarket parts), I started having A/C issues again. They ran a dye test and spent hours tracking down the leak, only to find it was just an o-ring. They fixed it and charged me nothing

This was my first time at Premier car care. I found them to be outstanding! Completed all work in a timely and friendly manner!! I highly recommend them!!

Everett (Hope I spelled that right) and the people at Premier took wonderful care of me and on very, very short notice. Essentially I had been driving to school and felt my brake sink in and knew I was in trouble. It was a Friday, I knew my normal place wouldn't have a chance in Hell of seeing me, the weekend was around the corner and I still had a whole week of driving between work and school ahead of me, so I was rightfully stressed out. I searched for car places near my school as a last hope and called them at Premier: very glad I did. They took me even though it was completely last minute, they did an amazing job keeping the work they did affordable for the budget I laid out for them and my car was driving by the evening. (Turns out my brake pad fell off! Whoops!) I appreciate that they were both honest with me but didn't make me feel ashamed for anything either, you can just tell they're very authentic and trustworthy over there and they do wonderful work. I'd give them 10 stars out of 5 if I could!
